Ingredients needed for Blueberry Cream Cheese Cookies:

Grands Pillsbury biscuits

Fresh blueberries

cream cheese

powdered sugar

nuts, optional

Recipe Notes:

We make these cookies with the Grands Pillsbury Biscuits. I’m sure you can make them with another brand. However, I would choose a larger cookie to ensure it can hold the blueberries and cream cheese. We sprinkled nuts on our cookies, which is optional.

  • 1 16.3 ounce can of Grands Pillsbury Biscuits
  • 1.5 cups of fresh blueberries
  • 1 8 ounce block of cream cheese softened (divided)

topping ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon from butter
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1 Cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-inch pie pan or 8X8 square pan with cooking spray. Open the biscuits and separate each biscuit to make one biscuit into two. Then tap them off to make them flatter. Spread the inside of the cookie with cream cheese and add 3 blueberries. Roll into a ball. You should have 16 as the cookies come with 8 cookies.

  • Place together (touching) in the pie plate or square pan. Bake for 26-30 minutes until cookie test is done. Mix the topping ingredients with a mixer and spread over the biscuits. You can also sprinkle with nuts.
