Description

A dreamy, protein-packed breakfast cloud made from whipped egg whites, creamy cottage cheese, and juicy blueberries — soft, golden, and perfect with coffee or fruit.


Ingredients

Scale

3 egg whites

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1/3 cup fresh blueberries

1/4 tsp cream of tartar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Pinch of sea salt


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.

2. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar and salt until stiff peaks form.

3. In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese, vanilla, and optional sweetener.

4. Gently fold cottage cheese mixture into whipped whites.

5. Add blueberries, folding carefully.

6. Scoop mixture onto sheet and bake for 25–28 minutes until golden.

7. Cool slightly and serve warm or chilled.

Notes

Avoid over-folding to maintain fluffiness.

Serve with yogurt, honey, or extra fruit.

Refrigerate leftovers for a chilled snack.
