Ingredients

3 cups shredded cabbage

3 large eggs

½ cup almond flour or wheat flour

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)

½ cup grated cheese

1 tbsp sesame seeds


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.

2. Shred cabbage finely and squeeze out excess moisture.

3. Whisk eggs until frothy.

4. Add almond flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.

5. Fold in cabbage, cheese, and olive oil.

6. Pour into loaf pan, top with sesame seeds, and bake 30–35 minutes.

7. Cool before slicing.

Notes

Drain cabbage well to avoid sogginess.

Top with sesame seeds for crunch.
