Chicken with broccoli and mushrooms in garlic cream sauce 蒜香西兰花蘑菇奶油白汁鸡

This Easy Creamy Chicken Broccoli Mushroom Dish is a fantastic quick meal option. It uses cooked chicken, which is a great way to use up leftover chicken and only takes 15 minutes from start to finish. Serve over rice, pasta or toast for a full, healthy meal.

2 tbsp garlic

1/2 fried chicken

1 head broccoli

1 carrot

1/2 pack mushrooms

200 ml cooking cream

50 ml chicken broth

Add some salt and pepper to taste

Blanch the broccoli and carrot and set aside. Heat butter/oil in wok, stir fry garlic until aromatic, add mushrooms and stir fry until tender, season with salt and pepper.

2. Add cooking cream and chicken broth and add more seasonings if needed. Heat the mixture until it is bubbling/boiling.

3. Add the cooked broccoli, carrot, and fried chicken, simmer for a minute or until the chicken is heated through, and serve immediately.
