Chickpea soup with sausage

Chickpea Soup with Sausage is a hearty yet delicious combination of flavors that makes for your newest favorite soup. This comforting meal takes minutes to make and will keep you full for hours!

instructions

  1. Cook sausage with 1 tablespoon garlic until internal temperature is at least 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Drain fat and set aside.

  2. Heat 8 cups of water until almost boiling. Stir in 4 cubes of beef bullion until dissolved. Put aside.

  3. Dice onion and carrot. Place the onion, carrots and garlic in a large saucepan. Cook until onion is translucent. This takes about 5 minutes once the lid is on.

  4. Add the beef broth, chickpeas, sausage, spinach, and heavy cream.

  5. Simmer on medium heat for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
