Description

These Cottage Cheese Brownie Batter Protein Bites are no-bake, high-protein, fudgy snacks made with real ingredients like cocoa, oats, and cottage cheese. A perfect guilt-free treat for chocolate lovers!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend Wet Ingredients: In a food processor or blender, combine cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add Dry Ingredients: Add oats, cocoa powder, and salt. Blend until a thick dough forms, scraping down sides as needed.
  3. Adjust Texture: If the mixture is too dry, add a splash of milk; if too wet, add a tablespoon of oats.
  4. Fold in Extras: Stir in chocolate chips or chopped nuts if using.
  5. Shape: Roll into 1-inch balls using clean hands or a small cookie scoop.
  6. Chill: Place bites on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to set.

Notes

These bites can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Try adding flavors like mint extract, espresso powder, or peanut butter to switch it up!
