  • Old Bay Seasoning: Old Bay is a classic seafood spice and provides a delicious kick of flavor.

How to prepare fish fillets from the air fryer

PREHEAT THE OVEN

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. If using frozen cod, be sure to thaw it.

COOKING FISH

Next, Pat the cod dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Then Cut the fish into 4 strips or pieces that fits in your hot air fryer. Put aside.

Spread with breading

Once the fish is prepared Put the eggs in a mixing bowl and stir. Mix in a separate bowl Breadcrumbs, flour, Old Bay seasoning, and salt. Stir to combine.

First, Dip the fish fillets in the egg mixture, allowing excess egg to drain from the fish. Then Roll the fish in the breadcrumb mixture. Pat or press the breadcrumb mixture firmly into the fish fillet with your hands.

Last, Dip the fish in the egg and breadcrumb mixture a second time. Repeat until all fish fillets are coated twice.
