In celebration of femininity, I would like to introduce you to our new feeding bowl.
Folate is the natural form of vitamin B9 found in food and plays an important role in healthy growth and development. If you’re on your own pregnancy journey, it’s an especially important nutrient for women in the prenatal and innatal stages, so load it up!
Don’t know where to start adding more folic acid to your diet? I’ve done the homework for you and put together this delicious meal of naturally folate-rich foods to get you started.

- Rub kale in a maple-citrus dressing
- Cooked quinoa
- Roasted asparagus
- orange slices
- Sliced radishes and cucumber
- Sliced Avocado
- Boiled Eggs
- sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
- Roasted almonds
To assemble, first toss the kale with maple citrus dressing. Then layer the cooked quinoa, roasted asparagus, orange slices, radish and cucumber slices, avocado slices and boiled eggs on top. Top with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and roasted almonds.
Not only is this bowl high in folate-rich foods, it’s wonderfully balanced and best of all, SO delicious! I hope you enjoy every bite.
