BEST Balsamic Garlic Marinade for Steaks

Summer is in full swing! Of course, this means that many meals are prepared on the grill.

Even if you don’t have a large garden, you can grill. When grilling indoors, I like to use my Le Creuset Square Skillet Grill – and does a decent job.

This past weekend I made this delicious Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic Steak. Exquisite! The taste was perfect. The meat was very tender and it almost melted in our mouths. You can see how much I love steak, right?

How to cut beef against the grain

To cut the beef, lay it out in front of you. First find the direction of the grain, in a few words: how the muscle fibers are aligned. Then cut across the grain, 90 degrees through the grain rather than parallel to it.

serving ideas

To accompany the meat, I made some spiral fries with garlic, herb butter and cheese corn, cranberry barbecue sauce, and of course, cilantro mojo to finish a dessert: churro bites with chocolate.
