How to Make Honey Lime Fruit Salad

  1. Chop Your fruit: Quarter the strawberries, peel and dice the kiwi and cut your pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Place the fruit in a large serving bowl.

  • 2 cups strawberries cut
  • 4 Middle kiwi
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups green grapes
  • 2 cups pineapple chopped

Honey Lime Dressing

  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon Poppy
  • Quarter strawberries, halve grapes, peel and quarter kiwi and cut pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Pour into a large bowl.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, poppy seeds, and lime zest. Drizzle over the fruit and stir gently. Enjoy!
