Plant-based seafood Company ISH Company announced that it has entered into a strategic, non-exclusive distribution agreement Dot FoodsNorth America’s largest food industry reseller.
ISH said the deal will enable it to expand distribution in the continental US and offer more services in seafood options such as shrimp.

According to ISH, its products are currently available in select restaurants and campus dining halls, including at Harvard and Amherst. Through Dot Foods’ distribution ecosystem, ISH will increase the availability of these products, providing more healthy and sustainable seafood options to foodservice companies nationwide.

The company’s flagship product is Shrimpish, a realistic plant-based shrimp alternative made with ingredients like green coconut, konjac and soy protein. ISH says shrimp is the most popular seafood in the U.S., but is responsible for four times more greenhouse gas emissions than beef. ISH has also signed partnerships with seafood giants Thai Union and Chicken of the Sea.
