Description

Ingredients

Scale

4 cups all-purpose flour

¾ cup warm water

¾ cup warm milk

2 tsp active dry yeast

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp honey

1½ tsp salt


Instructions

1. Activate yeast in warm water, milk, olive oil, and honey for 5–10 minutes.

2. Mix flour and salt; combine with yeast mixture.

3. Knead until smooth and elastic.

4. Let rise 1 hour until doubled.

5. Divide into 12 pieces; rest 10 minutes.

6. Roll thin; cook on skillet 45–60 seconds per side.

7. Cover with towel to keep soft.

Notes

Substitute milk with water for a vegan version. Store in sealed bag 2 days or freeze 1 month.
