Matcha Choc Mint Nice Cream – JSHealth

Banana ice cream = “Nice Cream”. Is there anything bananas can’t do? I’ve added our new JSHealth Pure Matcha+ for that green tea flavor and antioxidant hit.

This is the perfect cooling, nourishing and sweet treat as the Australian weather warms up!

Servings: 6


  • 3 cups (400g) frozen bananas
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves
  • 2 serves JSHealth Pure Matcha+


  • 50 g dark chocolate, grated


Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. You may need to scrape the sides a few times to ensure ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Pour the Nice cream into a greased loaf tin. Use a spatula to spread the mixture until smooth and flat.

Freeze for 2-3 hours or until set.

Serve in your favorite ice cream cone or bowl and top with grated chocolate.
