Menu // week 22

Week 22 of Meal Plans is upon us and this week is ALL about summer.

Sunday – Fish and Papillote! Quite simply one of the easiest and cleanest ways to cook fish!

Monday – It’s Memorial Day so let’s put together an epic menu for you and all your friends!!

Tuesday – Mango cucumber chop chop salad with a side of grilled salmon!

Wednesday – Hunchback Day = Tomato Basil Gnocchi! Feels right!

Thursday – Tonight it’s charred tomato and pesto pizza! And the Green Monster Salad. YES! You guys often ask for a way to use the same ingredients in different ways…this and Wednesday is a perfect example!

Friday is another epic chopped salad with creamy burrata on top!

Burrata Chops Salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, chopped herbs and creamy burrata cheese.  Served in a large blue ceramic bowl with two serving spoons.

and for Dessert this week… about some coconut chocolate chip cookies!
