Sunday – Make it easy tonight with these crispy cheese gnocchi and a house salad!
Monday – This Loaded Sesame Ginger Salmon Salad gets tons of attention every time I post it on IG, so it’s no wonder it’s on the menu this week!
Tuesday – Taco Tuesday is back with Picadillo Tacos. If you’re feeling insanely full from the weekend, swap the tortillas for lettuce wraps and cut out the carbs.
Wednesday – Lemon Chicken Pasta – yes please! I love this one because I make a complete recipe and then Thomas and I can both have it for Thursday lunch.
Thursday – Avocado and Shrimp Quinoa Bowls to serve as leftover lunch on Friday! How much do I love a leftovers-for-lunch situation? A LOT!
Friday night we’re taking people to Cochinita Piblil Tacos!!
I’m really craving a mini frittata moment for breakfast this week!
And for something sweet, I’d love to try grilled peaches! Peach season is just beginning and I will be buying ALL of them
