Creamy, high-protein frozen bars made with Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, and a touch of maple syrup. A perfect summer dessert or post-workout snack—no baking required.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat)

½ cup natural creamy peanut butter

3 tbsp maple syrup or honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips

2 tbsp crushed peanuts (optional topping)

A pinch of sea salt

Parchment paper (for lining)

Instructions

1. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, combine yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt. Stir until smooth.

3. Fold in chocolate chips, saving some for topping.

4. Spread mixture evenly into the lined pan.

5. Top with remaining chocolate chips and crushed peanuts.

6. Freeze for 4–5 hours until firm.

7. Let thaw 5 minutes, slice, and serve.

Notes

You can swap peanut butter with almond or cashew butter.

Add a granola crust to the bottom for extra crunch.
