Quick Blueberry Cobbler is one of my favorite desserts. I make this blueberry cobbler whenever I want a great dessert for family and friends and I have blueberries on hand. This recipe turns out delicious and tastes great with whipped cream or ice cream on top. Take this everywhere and you won’t bring any home. It keeps well in the fridge for several days. You can eat it cold or heat it up in the oven or microwave. You can also double this recipe to feed more people and use other fruits like blackberries or raspberries. Quick Blueberry Cobbler Ingredients needed:
Fresh or frozen blueberries
all purpose flour
baking powder
White granulated sugar
condensed milk (could use regular milk)
Melted butter
vanilla extract
Required topping ingredients:
White granulated sugar
cornstarch
Salt
Water
This cobbler is so easy to make and the perfect dessert for a small gathering as it’s made in a 9X9. The topping is so good and it gets a little crunchy which is the perfect contrast to the blueberries. This dessert is wonderfully served warm and topped with ice cream. A delicious treat any time of the year!

Fast blueberry cobbler
This is an easy and quick recipe that always turns out delicious.
Servings: 6 portions
- 2 1/2 to 3 cups of fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 Cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 Cup white granulated sugar
- 1 Cup condensed milk could use regular milk
- 3 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup white granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup boiling water

Scatter blueberries in bottom of a 9 x 9 casserole dish. In a bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour and baking powder, add sugar to flour along with milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix all the ingredients with a spoon and spread over the blueberries in a casserole dish.

Combine the 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch, and salt and sprinkle over the flour mixture. Don’t stir, just sprinkle. Boil the 1/2 cup of water and pour all the ingredients over it. Don’t stir.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Brown under the grill for the last few minutes.
