Quick Blueberry Cobbler is one of my favorite desserts. I make this blueberry cobbler whenever I want a great dessert for family and friends and I have blueberries on hand. This recipe turns out delicious and tastes great with whipped cream or ice cream on top. Take this everywhere and you won’t bring any home. It keeps well in the fridge for several days. You can eat it cold or heat it up in the oven or microwave. You can also double this recipe to feed more people and use other fruits like blackberries or raspberries.
