This fruit salad can be arranged on a tray for a stunning rainbow fruit platter, layered in rainbow fruit bowls for individual servings, or tossed and served in a large bowl to deliver a rainbow of fruit colors with every spoonful.

I’ve served this all three ways, but my number one choice for family dinners is a large bowl simply for ease of prep and serving.

Honey Lime Fruit Salad

The simple honey-lime dressing brightens up the fruit flavors nicely. I’ve used this dressing combo in several fruit salads and it’s become a popular way to decorate a fruit bowl for snacking or dessert.

The winter fruit salad and summer fruit salad are seasonal favorites. And this rainbow fruit salad is everything I love about both, plus even more colors and flavors.
