Ingredients
All-purpose flour – 2 cups
Brown sugar – 1 ½ cups
Granulated sugar – ½ cup
Chopped toasted pecans – 1 cup
Unsalted butter (melted) – 1 cup
Eggs – 4 large
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch pan.
2. Toast pecans for 6–8 minutes until fragrant.
3. Mix melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
4. Combine flour, sugars, baking powder, and salt.
5. Fold wet into dry ingredients gently.
6. Add pecans and pour into pan.
7. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden.
8. Cool 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
