As someone passionate about taking care of my skin inside and out, I’ve tried countless routines over the years to support my complexion. As I got into my thirties, I realized that my skin really needed a little extra care.
At the same time, having an incredible workload means it’s just not realistic to apply ten different skincare products morning and night — and guess what? I’ve actually found that the routine that has really transformed my skin is actually surprisingly simple. Here I share what has become my ultimate simple and effective protocol for achieving a healthy, glowing complexion – and also helps slow down the time of aging.
I always start my day with Greens + Collagen
I love thinking of these as my “instant green juice” every morning. I’m obsessed with the delicious tropical and minty flavor of the Greens + Collagen formula that just mixes with water. 4-Step Vitamin Skincare Routine Morning & Night!

That’s why I created our 4-step vitamin skincare regimen, and it wasn’t until I started making it a part of my daily routine that I saw a real transformation in my complexion from topical products. I make sure I get lots of quality fats in my diet
Including a source of quality fats with every meal is part of the JSHealth philosophy and staying true to this is a key factor that I believe has helped transform my skin for the best. Why? Beneficial dietary fats help moisturize and hydrate skin for softer, smoother skin.
Omega-3 fatty acids also have anti-inflammatory properties. My favorite options are avocado, nuts and seeds, oily fish (like salmon, tuna, and mackerel), and olive or coconut oil.
Every day I use my 2-3 liters of water
This may sound simpler, but I truly believe that staying hydrated is an essential part of my inside-out skincare routine. As humans, we are mostly made of water! I aim for 2-3 liters each day in the form of pure H20 or herbal teas. Tip: Try infusing your water with ingredients like fresh mint, cucumber, citrus, ginger or berries to give it a natural flavor boost!
Sleep 8 hours every night
It’s called “beauty sleep” for a reason, and I firmly believe in the importance of sleep to your overall well-being and skin health. I always follow my signature Sleepy Routine to prepare for a restful and restful sleep.
