Whipped Cream Cookies
Whipped Cream Cookies are the easiest cookies you will ever make!
- 1 Cup fat whipped cream
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
Use a mixer and whip the cream until peaks form.
Stir in the flour with a spoon until the dough sticks together into a ball. I just flatten them with my hands and punch out cookies with a cookie cutter. You can also just drop these.
Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
