Ingredients
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp honey
1½ tsp salt
3 cups whole wheat flour
2 tbsp vital wheat gluten
2¼ tsp instant yeast
1 tsp roasted sesame oil (optional)
Instructions
1. Add liquids to the bread machine first.
2. Layer dry ingredients on top.
3. Make a small well and add yeast.
4. Select Whole Wheat or Basic cycle.
5. Bake until golden and cool before slicing.
Notes
Use high-protein flour for better rise.
Vital wheat gluten makes texture lighter.
