Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C): Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add dry ingredients: Stir in cocoa powder, almond flour, erythritol, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a thick batter forms.
  4. Bake: Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 22–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  5. Cool: Let brownies cool in the pan before slicing into squares.
